After gaining distinctions last year at both Data Festival and Nuit des Rois along with MAIF for sucessfully implementing datakili® to manage the whole insurance company’s customer journeys (12 channels, 4 million customers), the software solution was awarded again for helping Total Direct Energie drive their omnichannel strategy (50 channels, 5 million customers), resulting in several million Euros of extra turnover and savings.
Just a month after being chosen by Club Med, datakili® further expands its business to all kind of industries, ranging from bank, insurance, retail to energy or leisure. datakili® is now the indisputed leader of omnichannel customer journey visualization, analysis and monitoring.
